Many have asked why I spend time each morning writing 5 things I am grateful for each day. They wonder what the significance is of what I write. To be honest it isn’t really about what is written that is most important. It’s more about what my mind does as I think about the many blessings that I have in my life. Doing this practice first thing in the morning allows me to have an open mind for the day. It helps me receive all that is offered so freely to me. It moves me from a state of lack to a state of abundance. One day I was asking what I need to do, in order to move to the next “stage” in my life. I felt a sincere reminder resonate inside of me – and a thought came clear to my mind – “Crystal, when you are grateful for what you have, you will be ready for what is in store.” I want to live in abundance. I want to be found always standing in a space of gratitude.
Today I honor you – thank you for taking the time to read!
Sending love and light!
